Hi I’m Ann Boekweg. I’ve been making bread for over 30 years and I have fallen in love with sourdough.
Sourdough is so versatile that you make much more than just bread with it. And the bread is SO tasty! And the best part is that sourdough bread only has 3 ingredients: flour, water, and salt. (Well…you could say the fourth ingredient is Love).
And I’m not talking about “survival bread”, I’m talking about real, natural, slow-rise, artisan style bread. The kind of bread that looks, smells, and tastes amazing!
